At the front is the balcony and bedroom/artist quarters with the breathtaking morning view, followed by the main bathroom, a second bedroom or living area, the indoor/outdoor living area with small kitchen and fireplace, a half-bath, and two more bedrooms or a bedroom and a storage room.

Rooftop patio or “mirador”
There is a cement dining table with a covered tile shelter (“mirador”), and room to lounge on the sundeck area. Two chaise lounge chairs, and a chiminea for cool evenings complete the area.
The back yard holds a prolific lime tree and even a “chilquipin chile” bush — one of the hottest peppers in the world. A covered workshop/studio was formerly used by an artist.
